Field Electrician (M/V/X) - fulltime
We are looking for a motivated employee who wants to contribute to the growth of our company. As an industrial electrician you will set up new electric installations and renew existing ones. You will receive an overview of the works to be carried out depending on the project you are working on. You are responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of all kinds of marine electrical systems.
You are privileged to work in a dedicated and passionate team. You execute your missions with high quality and at a sustainable and safe manner.
Knowledge and skills:
- You have a degree in electricity, electrical installation techniques or have equivalent experience
- You are passionate about engineering and have a strong technical understanding
- You can read wiring diagrams correctly
Your profile :
- Being reliable and punctual is natural to you
- You prefer varied work and are flexible: you are willing to work at our workshop or on-site
- You work in a high-quality, sustainable and safe manner
- Being in possession of a VCA basic safety certificate is a bonus
- You are both a team player and someone who can work independently
- You hold a driving license cat. B

Technician rotating equipment - winder with experience (M/V/X) - fulltime
Function:
- Dismantle and assemble electro motors, generators, ....
- Determine and report the damage
- Perform the repairs and necessary adjustments after the clients approval
- Instruct and assist colleagues with repairs and adjustments
- Carry out measurements and tests in function of reporting to the client
- Remove old windings, make coils, winding,...
Knowledge and skills:
- Experience with mechanic repairs, preferably with rotating equipment
- Basic knowledge of software applications
- Strong technical understanding

Workshop manager - (M/V/X) - fulltime
You will be working at our workshop situated in the Port of Antwerp region. Our workshop is easily accessible and located near the highway and public transportation.
What will be your responsibilities?
Operational:
- You will be the liaison between the Chef of the workshop and our Sales responsible
- You will organize and lead the projects to be executed at our workshop. This includes planning of our technicians, follow-up on deadlines of the repairs, verify the timesheets and cross-check them with the planning, manage and follow-up the warehouse keeper.
- Participate at our weekly operations meeting with the management
- Coordinate and follow-up the maintenance of our machinery
- Assist and participate with the annual evaluation of our workshop employees
Safety:
- Ensure good housekeeping in our workshop (including health and safety measures that are adhered) and initiate new incentives on improvements with respect to safety
- Follow-up on technical inspections
- Organise or coordinate toolbox meetings on relevant topics (in collaboration with the Chef of the workshop)
Procedures:
- You will have the authoritie to initiate new incentives on improvements for a more efficient work process
- Identify the future investment needs
- Rethink our stock and inventory policy
Sales:
- You will keep clients informed on the status of their repairs at our workshop
- Your role can be expanded with more commercial tasks such as drafting quotations based on the input of the Chef workshop
Do you have what it takes?
- You have a degree in mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering or equivalent by experience
- You have experience in a similar environment
- You are punctual
- You are capable of independently leading the team in the workshop
- You have no problems with multitasking
- You have a critical view on things
- You can adapt to various situations and can communicate respectfully with team members
